We are Tinu and Tipsy Scaria, sisters from India, and we have been working at Domicil Senior Care Home for four months now. Our journey to Germany began with a desire to grow professionally and make a difference in the field of nursing.
Indian professionals in the nursing sector are playing an increasingly important role in Germany and are helping to cover the growing need for nursing care in an aging society. For this reason, the Federal Employment Agency entered into a cooperation agreement with the Indian state of Kerala two years ago. DOMICIL is also actively recruiting nursing professionals in my home country. With a solid education and a committed attitude, they can make a significant impact on healthcare while enjoying a fulfilling and rewarding career.
