All participants are closely supported by our integration mentors upon arrival and during their stay in Germany, e.g. when looking for accommodation, in contact with authorities, for your residence permit issues, for opening a bank account and much more. We won't leave you alone with the German bureaucracy when taking these important steps!

+ Graduated from accredited nursing education institution in India and holding one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM): Registered Nurse/Midwifery
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing B.Sc (Basic)
- Indian Nurse Registration Certificate.
+ Legal age of 18 years
+ Proof of a German language level of at least B1 at the time of visa application. You'll need to improve your language skills up to the B2 level prior to full recognition of your qualification.

In geriatric care your job will be to watch over, help, and take care of the elderly people, living in one of our 46 care homes all over Germany. You might also document digitally or in written form, which care you gave and check, how well it works. Sometimes, you'll follow doctors' orders and help with medical treatments, depending on your skills and training. While being a member of nursing staff, you are a competent contact person for members of the patient’s family.
